Waitlist terms

These terms apply when you join the Finforge prelaunch waitlist at finforge.com. They are an agreement between you and Finforge AB (org. no. 559514-0848), Bergsbrunna Villaväg 8 c, 757 56 Uppsala, Sweden.

The Finforge investing app is not available yet. Using the app will be covered by separate terms when it opens. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.

• The waitlist is free and open to adults aged 18 or over.
• Join with your own email address. Gmail addresses with a + extension aren't accepted, and dot variations of the same Gmail address count as one address.
• Joining gives you priority access, not a guaranteed invitation or date. We decide who to invite and when, for example by market and by the optional steps you complete on your waitlist page.
• We may invite selected members to a free paper trading pilot before launch. Pilot access is separate from the referral reward.
• Nothing on the waitlist or in our emails is investment advice.
• You can leave at any time by unsubscribing from our emails or writing to hello@finforge.com.

If you joined while this offer was shown, you can earn it by referring people to the waitlist.

How you earn it

• Share your personal invite link from your waitlist page, or ask us to email it to people you know.
• A referral counts when someone who isn't already on the waitlist joins through your link and confirms their email address. An invitation on its own, or a signup that hasn't been confirmed, doesn't count.
• You earn the reward when 3 referrals have counted. Your waitlist page shows your progress, and we email you once you've earned it and confirmed your own email address.

What you get

• Premium with no subscription fees, starting when you get access to the Finforge app.
• It lasts for as long as you keep a Finforge account and Finforge offers a Premium plan.
• It covers the Premium subscription fee only, not fees charged by the broker or other third parties, currency conversion or taxes.
• To use it, you need to open a Finforge account and meet its requirements, such as identity checks. If the app isn't available where you live yet, your reward stays on record until you can open an account.
• It's personal. It can't be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash.

Referrals must be real people who chose to join. These don't count:

• Addresses you own or control, used to refer yourself
• Fake, duplicate or disposable signups
• Referrals you paid for, or got through spam, bots or misleading messages

Only ask us to email people you know and who would welcome the invitation. When you share your link, follow the rules of the place you share it and don't present yourself as Finforge.

If we find referrals like these, we can remove them from your count. If the reward depended on them, we can withhold or cancel it. We'll tell you by email if we do, and you can write to us if you think we got it wrong.

We can change or end the referral offer for future signups at any time. If you joined while it was shown, you can still earn it under these terms, and a reward you have earned stays.

We may update these terms, for example when the app launches. An update won't take away a reward you have already earned, and we'll tell waitlist members about material changes by email.
